Transformers 5 gets a title

Yes, I know anyone with sense gave up on the Transformers franchise many movies ago, but they still keep coming. And at lightning speed. But for the one person still into the franchise, then this is the article for you. And this is also for the people with that morbid curiousity who still see the movies in theaters but pout the whole time. According to the director Michael Bay’s Instagram, the title for the fifth installment in this franchise will be Transformers: The Last Knight. Yep. They boasted about this big writing room with all these talented screenwriters, and this is the title they came up with. Bay also released a teaser for the film on his twitter, with the accompanying tweet saying “Ready for another ride, Optimus?”. In a separate Instagram post, Bay also confirmed that the film will indeed begin production next week in Cuba.

But what do you think? Are you actually excited for this movie? Or are you just forgetting they made any Transformers movies after the first one? Talk about it in the comments and don’t forget to like, share, and follow Sprom for more news on Transformers: The Last Knight and other things in the world of movie news.

Transformers: The Last Knight comes to theaters some time in 2017 and will star returning cast member Mark Wahlberg and newcomers Isabela Moner and Jerrod Carmichael.

  1. Frankly, I am not excited, because of the typical stuff that happens in transformer movies although it could be a surprise but I highly doubt it even wih talented writers. We just have to wait and see ! 🙂
