Confirmed: Dead Robin From BvS is Jason Todd

While the highly anticipated and highly disappointing movie Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice was a bummer, the movie did set up some interesting things for the future of the DCEU. One of those things was the fate of everyone’s favorite sidekick, Robin.

While it wasn’t specifically stated in the film, there was a little thing that made us all assume that the boy wonder had bit the bullet. If you don’t remember, let me jog your memory. There was a black suit with the words “HAHAHA Jokes on you Batman” spray painted on the front. That was enough of a hint for us to make the assumption that Robibatman-v-superman-robin-suit-joker-writingn had passed, but ever since seeing that we have wondered which Robin died.

It has been confirmed by Warner Bros that the Robin to have died was Jason Todd rather than Dick Grayson. This news isn’t the most surprising ever but it’s nice to know. Dick Grayson is the most well known of the Robins so I’m not shocked that they’re saving him for later.

But what do you think? Are you shocked they didn’t kill off Dick Grayson? Do you think the Batman solo movie will tell the story of Robin’s death? Talk about it in the comments and don’t forget to like, share, and follow Sprom for more DCEU news and other things in the world of movie news.

Batman vs Superman is out of theaters mostly everywhere, but if its in yours see it if you REALLY want to. Or you can just wait and see something I’m more hopeful about: Suicide Squad , which comes to theaters this August 5th.
