Pitch Perfect 3 Delayed

note: this movie’s new date is December 22nd, 2017

Wow, this movie just cannot stay still! If you haven’t been caught up on all the Pitch Perfect news coming out, let me catch you up. After two great musical movies these Pitches are coming back, hopefully better than ever. Pitch Perfect three was first set to come out July 21st, 2017 against the sci-fi movie Valerian and Christopher Nolan’s WWII drama Dunkirk, until it got moved to August 4th of that same year. And then just last month it got moved BACK to its original date of July 21st.

And now it is June and I guess they thought this movie would be best suited for the Winter. PP3 has been moved all the back to December 22nd of 2017 and now our favorite female acapella group is going up against The Six Billion Dollar Man starring Mark Wahlberg, The Croods 2, and an untitled Warner Brothers movie. So not too much competition.

So far there are no plot details out to the public, but it seems like we have a bit of time pitch-perfectbefore that and some other things come out. As of right now, the only stars attached to this sequel is Anna Kendrick and Rebel Wilson with Elizabeth Banks (Pitch Perfect 2) directing.

But what do you think? Are you happy that there is more time in between you and the next weird singing movie? Do you feel like pitch slapping whoever made this decision? Talk about it in the comments and don’t forget to like, share, and follow Sprom for more news on Pitch Perfect 3 and other things in the world of movie news.

Pitch Perfect 3 comes to theaters December 22nd, 2017.
